                   Exceptional attention to detail in both quality and presentation. Our
                   gourmet menu selections have been created by top culinary leaders for    
                   both formal and casual events. Your guests will enjoy mouth watering
                   cuisine from traditional and unique recipes and food pairings. We would
                   also be happy to create an exclusive menu for your special event.





















                   The Grand Hall features original hardwood floors, large windows, fireplace
                   and moldings. Large enough for Receptions, Rehearsals, Dancing and more.
                   Four spacious rooms adjoin the Grand Hall to create a unique and flowing
                   atmosphere for any event. Interior formal seating can range from 85-125
                   depending on the layout of the home. Additional seating on the covered
                   porch and patio can accommodate another 100 + guests.

Event rates include the tables and chairs for your event , a private bridal suite for the bride to get ready in upstairs and a room for the groom to get ready in. Outside licensed caterers and vendors are welcome, however our clients enjoy discounted services for Mizell House all-inclusive events. Extra hours and discounted rehearsal rates are also available. Linens ,event set up and clean up are not included in rental rate. For your convenience, we offer these services at additional discounted rates customized to your needs.

Overnight Accommodations
Our five guest rooms offer the unique experience for out of town family friends or the wedding party to relax the evening before and get ready upstairs without having to rush.

Many brides stay the evening before with their bridesmaids for an unforgettable girl's night in!

To Reserve Your Date:
 
Estate Rental (6 or 12 hours):
Events are confirmed with a reservation retainer of $350/500*. Applies directly to event balance.
    
All-inclusive Events:
At time of estimate 50% of total, plus Security Deposit is required to secure all vendors.  Remaining balance and final signed contract due 90 days prior to event.
    
*Larger retainer may be applicable to events where outside staff, and vendors are contracted (or client personally provides) for major services such as but not limited to catering, set up/breakdown, décor and clean up, etc. Also applicable to hold multiple dates.
    
Cancellation Policy :
Reservation Retainer is NON-REFUNDABLE
.
All cancellations must be in writing.

   
Payment of retainer is acceptance of all Mizell House policies and terms.
